Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders — for Medicare reviews, ACA enrollments, life insurance consultations, and annuity meetings.
  • Post-call follow-up — after a call with our office or our AI receptionist, you may receive a text confirming details or providing requested information.
  • Free guide and document delivery — when you request a Medicare guide or other resource, we may text you the link.
  • Educational and informational content — Medicare enrollment period reminders (AEP, OEP, SEP) and benefit change notifications relevant to your situation.
  • Customer service responses — replies to inquiries you initiate.
  • Promotional or marketing messages — only if you opt in (separate consent). Limited to no more than 4 messages per month.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, post-call follow-ups) are sent as needed — typically 1-5 per booking. Marketing messages, if opted in, are limited to 4 per month maximum.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Golden Milestone Services does not charge for messages, but your carrier may.

Phone Number Sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are NEVER sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is only shared with service providers strictly necessary to deliver our communications and services:

  • Twilio — our SMS gateway provider, which sends messages on our behalf.
  • ElevenLabs — our AI voice agent provider, which handles inbound and outbound voice calls.
  • Google Workspace — for calendar and email integration tied to your appointment.
  • Medicare carriers and CMS — only as required when you formally enroll in a Medicare plan and we submit your application.

These providers are bound by data processing agreements and cannot use your phone number for their own marketing.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scope of Appointment (Medicare-Specific)

SMS opt-in for general communications does NOT constitute consent to discuss specific Medicare Advantage or Part D plan details. Per CMS regulations, a separate signed Scope of Appointment (SOA) is required before any conversation about specific plans.

10. Call Recording Notice

Inbound and outbound phone calls to or from Golden Milestone Services — including calls handled by our AI receptionist (Sarah), our outbound AI dialer (Leo), or our licensed agents — may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes.

By continuing the call after the recording disclosure, you consent to recording. If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please hang up and request communication by email instead.

Call recordings are stored securely with our service providers (Twilio, ElevenLabs) and retained for a period of up to 12 months unless extended for legal or compliance reasons.
