Supporting Local Farmers and Vendors in Milwaukee
Golden Milestone Services volunteers to help organize and promote the Farmers Market at ArchWell Health on Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee.
Tai Thao helps connect local farmers, food vendors, and food trucks with the market and invites them to participate. Vendor spaces are provided at no cost, giving local farmers and small businesses an opportunity to bring their products directly to the community.
The market brings local produce, food, and other products to the ArchWell Health parking lot at 6707 W. Hampton Ave. Golden Milestone Services also helps promote the market within the Hmong community, including sharing information in Hmong to help connect Hmong-speaking residents, farmers, and vendors with the event.
Golden Milestone Services’ involvement is volunteer-based. Supporting the Farmers Market is one way we help strengthen connections among local organizations, small businesses, farmers, vendors, and the communities they serve.
